Books
Books will be aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will receive a confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way.
Standard shipping takes around 2-6 business days, with Metro areas generally on the faster side
Express shipping takes around 1-2 business days

Apparel
All our apparel is made to order through local Aussie printers. This means less waste, and more love poured into every piece.
Please allow 3–8 business days to print, pack and have your items shipped to you with standard shipping. You’ll receive an update once your order is on the move.
Returns & Refunds
Books
We hope you love our book(s), but if you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please contact hello@eataussie.com.au to arrange your return.
- Your order must be returned in its original condition before a refund is approved and processed.
If your book(s) arrived damaged, we can offer a full refund or free replacement. Just email us at hello@eataussie.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Apparel
As our items are printed to order to support local Australian printers, we cannot offer change of mind returns or returns if you've ordered the wrong size.
However, if your item is incorrect, has a quality issue or arrives damaged, we’ll offer a refund or free replacement.
Email us at hello@eataussie.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days from the date you received the order.
- Eat Aussie is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- We cannot accept returns for accidental damage (e.g. shrinkage, stains, heat damage) or
- We cannot accept returns for incorrect address details provided at checkout.
